BIOGRAPHY

CAT was born in 1989 in Hanoi into a family of artisans when her mother was a famous painter, and her father was a leading Vietnamese performer. However, for 31 years of her life, she spent time studying and working in the financial world in many countries such as the UK, Australia, the United States,... and never thought about being an artist even though she had always been exposed and looked at art from an early age.  After her 32nd birthday, CAT experienced a major event in her life that she described as the nearing death, and then reborn vigorously and decided to take the first steps to art. 32 years and a month are magical milestones that mark her move, like being born again and absorbing a supernatural energy of the universe, she composes non-stop for 6 months and completes 20 paintings with a ballpoint pen on paper. And then less than a year later, she liberated them into 22 large-scale lacquer paintings, not limited to painting, she liberated the energy of both poetry and music and made them available to the public through chapter 1 of METARVEVERSE. Looking at CAT's huge amount of work, few could imagine, she had only taken the first brushstrokes about this time a year ago. But in order to do that, CAT had to go to the very end of death for powerful rebirth and make art with extraordinary power and extremity.
