In the first two paintings, we can still see remnants of CAT's former life, but "Kieu's lost soul" represents a completely reversed, spinning, and inverted universe. CAT opened this universe through song, discovering for the first time a voice and a creative mind within herself. The creation of the song "Kieu's lost soul" was a seminal moment for CAT, akin to two planets colliding in her world and leaving her fragmented, but also unearthing a long-dormant desire. This song and the subsequent painting, "Kieu Lac Hon," marked the beginning of CAT's journey of self-creation and re-creation. Guided by music, CAT entered a world of magic and beauty, following in Kieu's footsteps on the water through the beauty of nature, with poems and brushstrokes that had been hidden for so long, now emerging.
